Job Description:
As a Senior Visualizer (Graphic Designer) at 8 Views, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through exceptional visual design. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. Your role will involve a combination of hands-on design work and strategic thinking, ensuring that our visual outputs are both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design advertisement ideas with an artistic mind using Adobe Suite and AI tools to enhance the brand, ensuring the message is conveyed through engaging visuals.
- Execute these ideas in various formats, including social media, ads, and print advertisements.
- Understand the client, their business objectives, mission, competition, and customers to create engaging campaigns.
- Develop advertisements that are strategically sound and as per the brief.
- Actively participate in the group's work throughout the process of creative development and artwork.
- Ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience by following the brand style guidelines.
- Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high quality and a high volume of designs are delivered in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Creative Studies, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and artificial intelligence tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
