Programme Overview:
This 3-month traineeship offers hands-on exposure in a high-performing technology environment. Interns will assist the Quality Assurance team in testing websites, landing pages, mobile applications, reporting issues, and ensuring product quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand business requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, usability, and UI testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Execute manual tests for web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices.
- Ensure that all test activities are properly documented and test coverage is maximized.
- Perform end-to-end testing before product releases to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Assist automation engineers in transitioning repetitive tests to automated scripts (optional but preferred).
Who Should Apply :
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and processes.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to basic SQL queries for database validation.
- Awareness of web and mobile application testing best practices.
