Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Group Lead – Performance Marketing with 4+ years of experience to lead and grow a team of performance marketers while managing paid media campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for mentoring teams. This role is perfect for someone who can drive data-led strategies, ensure consistent team performance, and deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development,execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing associates, guiding their day-to-day execution and long-term growth.
- Design acquisition strategies focused on scaling reach and maximizing ROI for multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad assets and campaign messaging.
- Take ownership of performance metrics, budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting for assigned accounts.
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to internal and client stakeholders.
- Drive continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and analytics setup through tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and ad platform pixels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools in the performance marketing landscape.
- Represent the performance marketing function in client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a mandatory background in a digital marketing agency.
- Expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ROI-focused results.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboards.
- In-depth understanding of paid media strategies, attribution, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is mandatory.
